Dear Michel,
I am so glad you answered my query. This is so exciting. I hope we can find a link as there are several of us doing this research on the Sacre's and we would love to find any new cousins and also find in France where we came from.My son-in-law is the Sacre in our family. We are doing research on his family as he says the Sacre's were French Huegenauts that came to the America. The earliest we find the Sacre's here for sure is 1675.

Do you see a link? I sure hope so as this is all we have as far as history we show up in Virginia first then Kentucky and then Indiana.
My son in law said that family tale is that the name Sacre came from something to do with a church in France! Does this sound familiar to you?
Melissa in Texas,
