I am trying to learn the history of the family, Pietri is supposed to be French Corsican
|
Hola, Carmen. Escribe a mi e-mail. Buena suerte, Nelson Sanguinetti

.I am interested in the Julien Pietri who immigrated to Puerto Rico in 1872 from D'olmetta-Di-Capo-Corso, he had 9 children. .Julien had a brother who also immigrated in 1882,who had 3 children. His brothers name was Pierre Jean. .They were coffee plantation owners in Yauco and Adjuntas. .Any information relating to either of their families would be appreciated immensely. .Thank you very much for your help, David Pietri.

Hello. I am looking for information Mme. Angele Versini. Her father was M. Paul Versini, a captain in the French army. They came from Ajaccio but Angele married an American named Leslie Orrell around 1917 and moved to Michigan. I believe her mother died giving birth to her. Any information on them and their family would be appreciated. Thank You!

Battistini, Tolinchi & Pietri
My GGGGrandfather's name was Felipe Battistini from Yauco, PR. Unfortunately I believe the name was changed or it is a combination of something else because I have not been able to find him. The Battistini's that I have are all from Yauco and they go back to the late 1700's. Some of the Battistini's married the Tolinchi family as well as the Pietri. I found that Antonio Martin Battistini Bartoli and his wife Maria Juana Ferri were both from Corsica but it states no town. Some of their children, born in PR were Francisco 1835, Antonio, Antonio II 1820, and Antonio III. Any help with this surname would be appreciated.

Zulma;
My search started in Yauco, P.R. and led me to Corcega. There is a large amount of Pietri's in Yauco that married into the Battistini and Tollinchi. Contact me so that we can go over names.
