Cloarec in Brittany: Recouvrance-Brest, Finistere, France

I am not related to this line, though my family surname is alphabetically close.
When I pulled my family's birth/death records from Recouvrance-Brest, France, I happened to also copy the following:

Acte De Naissance:

1864 Marie Anne Cloarec, daughter of Adolphe Marie Cloarec and Marie Nathalie LeLandais

1864 Marie Francoise Cloarec, daughter of Jean Francois Cloarec and Marie Yvonnne Poulignon

1864 Josephine Cloarec, daughter of Alexis Cloarec and Marie Anne Mellac.

I am attaching a copy of these first three records.

There is also an 1866 Acte de Naissance:

Desiree Marie Le Cloirec, daughter of Jean Louis Marie Le Cloirec and Caroline Francoise Sconarnec (Scouarnec). I cannot read French, but believe it states the mother is from Saint Pierre Guilbignon.

The surname Cleirec is also a name in this area.

Hope this is able to help someone. -Kay, FL

Hello. I DO hope that you are still at this email address.

I am researching the Cloarec family for a friend who is descended from them. Her mother married Jean Cloarec in Skookumchuck, B.C. in about 1915. I have figured out that Jean was from Langonnnet, Britanny, France, in about 1886. I just received a copy of his Naturalization record, which I could share with you. Could you please tell me anything else you might have discovered about that branch in your family tree? Many thanks if this reaches you and you can respond.

I have sent the same enquiry to Scott Cloarec, as I saw your discussion.
