Fisher, Schriner (sp?), Walters, and Brock in Alsace

My family tree has hit a dead end that all ends up in Alsace with my Father's side of the family.

On one side I have Philip Walters (abt 1833 Alsace) who married Margaret Schriner (B 1840 New York State USA). Her parents were Jacob Shriner (abt 1805 Alsace) and Barbara Shriner (abt 1810 Alsace). I cannot find any immigration docs that I can trace specifically to Phillip, Jacob, or Barbara. I would not be surprised if Phillip was young and both parents were born in Alsace as well. They likely immigrated all together or around the same time to the US.

On the other side, I have George Fisher (abt 1818) and Eve Fisher (abt 1823). I cannot find their immigration docs either, but I have three census docs. One says both were born in Alsace, one just says France, and a third says Hesse-Darmstadt for both. They would have been in the US by 1845 for the birth of their son Henry. George may have a middle initial of W. The 1950 census for the couple also lists an older adult named Eve Brock (abt 1791, France) who is likely the mother of one of them. Again, no immigration docs can be found.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
