I tried finding any sort of forum for Antibes or somewhere close by to ask if anyone would be kind enough to check out the cemetery. Unfortunately I couldn't find any.

All I can think of is going back to the writing and/or calling. I found the address and phone for the cemetery. I also found one Simeon (Pascal) in Antibes and a number of Guy's and G's in other parts of France.
