I am researching the Pierre Dion and Marie Bastogne family.

Marie Bastogne is buried in Fontnoille Cemetery in Depart de Virton-St-Mard.

Alfred Dion, their son, was a Dyer and Cleaner with a shop in Manhattan, NY. He died in 1908. His wife was Marie Victorie Yves

Below is the information I have posted several times. I hope someone has information on my family.

I am researching the Pierre Dion family. Unfortunately I don't know which city they came from. I do know that this family may original have come from France, possible Paris and moved to the south of Belgium sometime during the early or mid 1800s. Their son Honore (also used Henri) moved with his family to Three Rivers Canada some time in the 1860s or 1870s, then to the US, Woodhaven, NY. Last settling Long Island NY.

Other facts that I have are as follows:

Jean Eugene Royere (Listed below) may have been born in Sedan France
Siffren Royere was born in La Madeleine France (which Madeleine is not known)

Clara and Eduorad Lescrauwaet are Honore's stepchildren. Both stepchildren used the surname Dion. Eduorad may have moved or stayed in Maine, USA
