Can't really help much with the translation, the writing is very light. For occupation it looks like it could say marechaussee (trooper) and the same is shown for all of the witnesses. The date is 29 Nov 1827, possibly at 9:00 in the morning. In case you have not seen it yet here is a link to the entry at deltgen:
