I am looking for any information on the surname GEORGES from the Luxembourg province of Belgium. Also surnames DEVILLEZ and SCHANEN.

My GGG Grandfather Peter (Pierre) GEORGES emigrated to Perry County, Indiana, USA in 1864 with his wife Marguerite DEVILLEZ and their children.

His father Henry GEORGES m. Catherine SCHANEN

I have GEORGE in my family history. From what I understand, the name had been GEORGES at one time. They originally came from Hachy, Fouches,Luxembourg,Belgium.
I don't know if there is a link or not.
There is a Pierre GEORGE b.Dec. 12,1752 in Hachy.
A Pierre b.Dec.5, 1780 in Hachy Luxembourg.
There are several other members of the GEORGE family and the GEORGES that I have just learned about myself.
Do you have any other names that may help make a link?

My ancestors are from the Hainaut and Namur regions of Belgium.
Gislain DeVillez borne Baulet, Namur Prov. ca. 1830.
5 Sons; Sifois, Nicolas, Arthur, Phaloni, Edmond.
Edmond borne Fleurus, Namur Prov. Be. 1872.
3 sons; Raymond, Paul, Omar.
Emigrated to Nova Scotia, Canada early in the last century.
