Oliver Hubert Joseph Zeebvaert, born in Romsee Belguim approximately 1914 and possibly lived in Wandre thereafter.

Oliver died around 1918 when his only daughter was 4. Based on her recollection, Oliver served in WWII as military police and at one point became a prisoner of war. He worked in the coal mines, and possibly died of "black lung."

His parents are noted as Huebert and Marie Zeevaert, but no other names or birth dates of known relatives are available as she was too young to remember.
