Pat = I don't have info on Pollet-Ortaille, but believe I descend from them thru their son Simon Pollet and his wife Julie Berthelot, thru their son Thomas Joseph Pollet and his wife Delphine Desnoyer thru their daughter Josephine Pollet and her husband Oscar Schexnayder who were the parents of my grandmother Liberine Cecile Schexnayder who married Alfred Conrad Bakewell of Gretna, LA. Their son Alfred Conrad Jr. was my father.
