Hello Hans! You are the first Valcke I have found that will actually talk to someone from the USA. I know very little about my Belgium Relatives except for the facts below:

My Grandfather: Alphonse Valcke was born in Halluin,France abt. 1888. Grandfather died in Detroit, Michigan in 1940. I believe my grandmother Celine Blondeel was born in Menen, Belgium abt 1887. Grandmother passed away in 1967 in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. I don't know when or where they were married. They only had one child, my father Roger "Romain"[?]Valcke born in Menen, Belgium on 31 Mar 1916. My father Roger passed away in 1966. I assume my grandparents married in Belgium since that is also the birthplace of my father, Roger. My Belgium family all died long ago. I believe my grandmother Celine Blondeel Valcke traveled to Belgium to visit her father named Camille [?] and that she may have had sisters living in Belgium as well. I have no additional information on the life of my grandfather Alphonse. I am trying to gather ANY information on my family. I would appreciate a contact or address where I could order birth and marriage records for my family if you have any of that information. I have no idea who may be my G-Grandparents.
