Hi
Can someone tell me if the name Ludwig is common in Belgium. I don't know if it is Belgium, German or French as the person I am looking for was named Marie Ludwig who married Thomas Guerin and had a son b1856 in Paris France.
This is all I know as I can't get the French Records for the birth of the son as yet.
