Monique was born in Belgium 1943-44, her maidenname could be Elbaum. Her mother Helen(Hella) maidenname Weissberg, probably married Elbaum was born in Vienna Austria 1920-23. Her parents name was Israel and Jetti. Monique and Helen left Belgium or Germany, where they lived for some time, for the U.S.A. after WW2, and had an adress in LAA. I surely need help with this.
