I am trying to locate leads and/or the birth parents of Yanne Coenen who was given up for adoption in 1961. The mother is said to have been from Belgium. The father was of Irish decent and was in the military. I have a little more information but would like advice on how to start this search correctly. Thanking you in advance for any help you can be.
