Hi,

I have a relative, Elizabeth Lindsay who I believe married a Belgian: Achille Tomsin of Tirlemont in the early 1920's. They met in New York but moved back to Belgium and I think had a son called Robert.

Any ideas on where I can find any info about Belgian marriages/births would be great.
