I am researching my mother-in-law's family.
My mother-in-law is Marie Louise Pouw born in 1929 at Lembeek, Belgium and died in 1973 in Australia, she is one of eight children born to Hendrikus Gerardus Pouw and Angèle Defraine. (4 children born in Lembeek, Belgium and 4 children born in Utrecht, Netherlands).

Her mother, Angèle Defraine was born on 19 Dec 1907 in Lembeek, Belgium and died in 1975 in Utrecht, Netherlands, and according to her "Persoonskaart" she was of Dutch nationality. She is the daughter of Charles Louis Defraine and Marie Clémence Vanderkluysen.

I am not sure whether Angèle's parents also went to the Netherlands or stayed in Lembeek, Belgium.

Could someone please advise me what records are available in the province of Vlaams-Brabant, i.e. Census, persoonskaart, civil registration, cemetery records etc...
