Looking for some desperately needed help in locating the exact birth date and parent's of my great-grandfather William Cavin, who was born in Lille en Flandre around 1856. I have a copy of the 1881 census from England showing him married to Elsie Proctor Cavin and having three children. Two of their three children at that time were born in Scotland and the the other in England.

Any help or guidance you can give me would be great!
