Well This is me I'm born on the 23/9/1979 Dendermonde, Belgium. And in fact I'm in search of people who have the same name so that maybe we could be family. If you think you are please contact me by this way. I know that I have family in the US but I can't find them anymore and my family at home isn't talkin' about it. Because I don't get the support of my family here I'm doin' it this way. It would be nice if you send me sth if you think you're family.
Thank u very much in advance and maybe until later

Surnames: DeRycke, Dumolyn, Buysse?
Hi Jeffrey,

I'm looking for DeRycke relatives from Bouchoute/Boucholte/Bouchaute Belgium. Not sure how it is really spelled - each record I come across is slightly different. I think this might be present-day Boekhoet, but not sure. Anyway, several of my DeRyckes emigrated to Annawan, Rock Island, and Moline, Illinois in the early 1900s-1920s.

Names I have so far:

August DeRycke (stayed in Belgium)
Theofil DeRycke, wife Louise (em. to Annawan, Illinois)
Leonie DeRycke (em. to Illinois, traveled with Eduard Buysse, also from Bouchoute - he listed Theofil DeRycke as his brother-in-law at Ellis Island)

August's children (supposedly there were 10 total):

Theofil DeRycke (em. 1910?, served in Belgian army in World War I)
Mary (Marie?) married Edmond Dumolyn (em. to Annawan, Illinois)
Henri DeRycke (em. 1920)
unknown DeRycke married Thomas Wauters in Canada
