I'm trying to locate surviving family of Mr. Guillaume A. Ratte (born Feb. 23, 1911 in St. Gilles) and who died July 20, 1978 in Anderlecht (Brussels Area), Belgium. He was married to Maria Louise Emma De Decker on March 10, 1943, and she was born Dec. 13, 1914 in Etterbeek and she died June 15, 2007 in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek. It is believed that they had no children. Last known address for him was 242 Quai De L'Industrie B-1070 Brussels, Belgium. If there is a researcher who could help me find out the name and address of any surviving next-of-kin for Mr. Ratte only, I would be very grateful. Would also like to find out the names of his parents, his brothers and/or sisters, and any nieces or nephews he might have. Will reimburse reasonable expenses up to $50.00 (US dollars) but you must ask my permission before you start your research. Public records there are normally released only to family members, so your search strategy should include a way to get around that obstacle.
