I am going to Ixelles in April, 2008 and want to find information on my great-grandfather and his family. I am looking for information on Modeste Emile Joseph Leclerc who was born (1844)or lived in Ixelles until immigrating to New Orleans, La. in 1866-1876. Is there a special department to find information on deceased individuals?
