Does anyone know how I would go about ordering a death certificate from Antwerp?

My GGrandmother's sister, Margaretha (Catherine) Arns, died there on 3 March 1889. She was about to leave for the US with her family Clara, Mathias, Susan, and Simon Arns (sometimes written Arens). I can't find any information on her!!!
