I had an uncle 'Jan Antoon Steiner', born 20 Apr 1900 in Antwerp, married to 'Isabella Hendrika Joanna Zegers', born 23 May 1898 in Antwerp.
They had a daughter 'Marcelle'.
Could your 'Toin' be 'Antoon' above?
I remember 'Isabella' as 'aunt Sabina' which was how she was known.
