I am looking for any information on my Grandfather. He was known in Guyana as Nathaniel Hinds, but we think he had another first name (hubert, Herbert, something like that. He was born in Barbados but went to over to British Guiana when he was a boy/young man.
As a young man he worked at the Match Factory doing accounts I think them in later life he owned the soap factory on D'urban street opposite St Thomas More Primary School.
