Hi 'Plottyman'; I'm impressed with the level of detail you have available to you! I can claim no family relationships in Chile. My interest started with 6 years as Director of the Chilean-British Institute in Concepcion, and articles & talks during my stay there on the immediate area relating to the history of the British presence, and a promise to myself that I would one day tackle the whole of the country. This I have now done, and my book was launched in Santiago in November last year with the support of my publisher and the Instituto Chileno Britanico in Santiago. If you live in Chile you may be interested to hear that the Libreria Eduardo Albers is stocking copies... Eddie
