Sorry I can only respond in English. I can speak and read Spanish a bit, but writing it is impossible. The Balart family I know of lived in Santiago, Chile in about the 1940's. I understand there are Balart's in Spain and Santiago still. I don't know if they are connected to any in Cuba.
