I have another person whose title and social position I'm trying to determine. Bryngel Hallström appears in various records, but the most detailed are in the kyrkoräkenskaper for Södra Kedum, where he appears between 1711 - 1720. In some, he is named as - I think - ländsman, (Image 1) and others as Mons. (Image 2) Are these military or civil titles?
And, if military, what is the company in the Skaraborgsregemente where the Södra Kedum rote would be found? I know where he should be in the Västgöta cavalry regiment.
