A marriage record doesn't name children.
I looked on the household examination pages which were listed in the marriage record and there were no children listed.
This page shows the couple moving out to Hammarö, Värmland on 20 November 1919, moving out certificate number 230. I don't have the time to follow them to see when/where children were born, etc.

I only did a little bit of looking since this is not my family and I have plenty of my own research to do. Perhaps you could subscribe to one of the services with scanned Swedish parish records. All are fee-based.
http://www.genline.comhttp://www.svar.ra.sehttp://www.arkivdigital.netThe world version of Ancestry.com also has scanned Swedish parish records. If you are not already subscribed, the other services are better, however.
Be sure to check what parishes and time periods are available before you subscribe to a particular service. They are not equivalent.
Remember to try to get the estate inventories mentioned earlier. That is probably your best chance of finding who the kids were and where they lived at that time.
