I am just beginning a search of my grandfather's family of Sweden. I have a letter written by my great Aunt telling the family history as Great-Grandmother Justina Bertson married Olaus Anderson, "so that made the children name Olausson. But when they got to U.S.A. they changed it to Olson". I can start with Fred Olson 3/14/1895 born in Beshuslan or Gothenburg- son of above named and brother of Ben, Siver (1897) and Olaus and adopted brother, Edgar Hansson. There were other children. Ben, Siver and Olaus came to North America in the early 1920's. Help
