If a kind reaearcher could help me I would so much appreciate your help. I am trying to find relatives that give their birth places as either Sunne, Rottneros, Grasmark and Nässjo. I am pretty sure they are all from Värmland (maybe). I just renewed my subscription to Genline, but I think I need to find which parishes these towns could be in. Any thoughts?

I have Cradled, but do not think that this will help me find the actual parish, or at least narrow down the search.

I have found for example one child Oskar Ragnar of August Vilhelm Stenborg and wife Kajsa Olsdotter GID100017.70.52000. After her name is Ed which I found as a parish, but I do not find her in the births for that parish??? Family lore indicates that she was born in Grasmark (Gräsmark??)7/22/1854 which is also the date on this birth record for Kajsa.

I really enjoy the ah ha part of genealogy, but I think in this instance, I am truly a bit lost, short of checking each record for Värmland, not!

Any direction would be greatfully appreciated. Ellen in Illinois
