Like most, this is a shot in the dark, but I am looking for my grtgrtgrt grandmother, "Eva Charlotta Katarina Jonsdotter Lindell Eriksson Andersson" (b.10/05/1826 d. 21/04/1909). Below is the information I have on her...if anyone could help me, or knows anything, I would be much obliged.

Yes, technically her name is that long lol...Jonsdotter is patronymic, Lindell is her family name, Eriksson was her first husband's patronymic name, and Andersson was her second husband's patronymic name. I have reason to believe she was married another time, but I have no information on it...What is killing me here is that she, her husbands, and her children haphazardly went by different names at different times. Sometimes patronymic, sometimes family name, sometimes a parent's patronymic name, and beyond that they had multiple middle names, and seemed to enjoy emitting and omitting them at their leasure.

Eva Charlotta Katarina Lindell was born in Skepptuna, Stockholm, Sweden on 10/5/1826 to Jons Lindell and Stina Mattsdotter. She seems to have grown up in Hedvig Eleanora, however. Her first marriage to an Eriksson (first name unknown). She had two kids with him-
-Maria Christina Eriksson (b.31/01/1850)
-Johan Ludvig Eriksson (b.24/06/1853)

At some point, Mr. Eriksson died. She remarried Peter Pehr August Andersson on 30/11/1862, most likely because three months later, she had a son by him (my ancestor)-
-Pehr August Ludvig (Pehrson) Andersson (b.22/02/1863)

He, (my grtgrt grandfather) is interesting because he inherited Haemophilia (or something like it). It would carry through the family for (at least) 3 more generations. Apparently right after being born, his father died (found records but cannot confirm its him...Peter Andersson is a common name...), which leads me to suspect that he was the haemophiliac.

Family lore states Eva owned a confectionary shop in Stockholm in her later years, which I find facinating, but I cannot substantiate it. She ends up dying on 21/04/1909, according to her grandaughter (my grtgrandma's) date-book. I have no idea where...probably Stockholm.

Eva is heavily documented in the Rotemann database. I also have found some stockholm city registers. I found the marriage listing for Eva and Peter in the Stockholm city archives online. I also have a 1893 Stockholm city census listing Eva. Other than these...I have nothing. No primary sources for birth or death. I also would love to know about this confectionary store.

Anyway, sorry for being long winded, and I know that this is a huge shot in the dark, but I figure posting my info on her here is better than not doing anything. Thanks for reading, and thanks for any help. If I can help anyone else, please ask. Thanks.

Rob
