I am trying to trace a tough-to-track grt grt grandmother, Edla Mathilda Berg, who was born on 11 March 1859. My information on her early years is very sketchy. She claimed in later years to be born in some place called "Beldurska Wrena, Sweden". I can't find any place that remotely resembles that name.

I recently found her confirmation record, which had been stuffed into the middle of the old family bible. (Leafing through it page by page was actually worth it!) It says she was confirmed on 26 July 1874 in Christianstad, Sweden. After a little research, it is obvious that that is what is now Kristianstad, Skåne, Sweden.

Does anyone have any information on her? Thanks for the help!
