Yes, that's the right one! :) My grandfather was Conrad Reiswig. I never met him. In fact, never met ANY Reiswigs, except my parents and my brother. All four of my grandparents had passed away before I was born.

Interesting to note three different spellings for Reiswig. I know that was pretty common, since people tended to spell phonetically, especially immigration officials. The story my dad told me was that his grandparents came here first class, so did not go through Ellis Island (I had thought everyone went through Ellis Island), and that she had $8000 worth of gold sewn into her petticoats. That was apparently a fairly common way to transport/hide assets in those days- the Russian Royal family had all kinds of jewels sewn into their petticoats when they were killed.
