I've spent time on the Franklin Family tree on Ancestry. Some items of note is Heinrich (Henry) is born 19 Aug 1874, Chicago, Cook, County.

His father Friedrich (Fred) is born 6 Mar 1843 and dies 18 Jul 1949 Aurora, Kane County, Illinois.

His mother is Henricka, last name unknown born about 1841.

I found this family in the 1880 census which seems to fit. The interesting part is it shows both Fred and Hattie as born in Norwich, England.

The death certificate for Fred has the name of his spouse as Hendrickia Gabrielson. Death date is 10 Jun 1932 in Aurora, Kane, IL and burial in St Paul's Cemetery.
