I am looking for information on my Great Grandmother Helga family. I know she was was born in lyngen Nov 20 1894 and I have found on her emigration papers her mothers name of Margrethe and maiden name of mortensen from her brother who lived in the united states. Helga emigrated in 1914 and i was told this was due to the untimely death of her parents and siblings in a house fire so she came to be with her Uncle. She never spoke of her family so this is all the information I have to go on, any help would be greatly appreciated.
