Hello,

I'm trying to find more information about my great-great grandmother's family in Norway. Her name was Mari Stigen (Nebben). From what I've gathered, her parents were Johannes Olsen Nebben and Anne Arnesdatter.

This is the 1865 census that I believe is for her family (I haven't been able to find them in the 1875 census):

This is the 1900 census from Minnesota which shows Johanes O Nabben as the widowed father-in-law, born Oct 1816:

Even with this information, I haven't been able to find Johannes or Anne in the church records or other records in Nord-Fron & Vaga. I'd like to find more about these Norwegian relatives of mine. Any help would be appreciated.
