Nels Evanson, born June 2, 1884 in Norway. Married Signe Johnson. Signe born May 21, 1883 in Norway. Their first daughter, Edith Marjorie Evanson, was born Feb. 6, 1909 at Gjeving, Lyngor, Norway. The family went to Saskatchewan, Canada [Village of Ladjord] by 1914. They then moved on to Dututh MN, by 1919.
