Hello, my husband's father Edmunds Cers was born in Ludja, Latvia on 16 Sept 1927 an immigrated to Australia in 1948.He passed some years ago but we are curious to know if he has any living relatives of if someone can shed some light on his parents. Thankyou Sonia & Jon
