I was suprised to see this! While I am sure some of the more experienced Finnish genealogists here already know, I think its smart to remind the rest of the newbies like me that this is available.
The Finnish National Archives' Digital Archives actually have a large amount of census records digitised and ready to read. It isnt all that easy to navigate for non-finnish readers like me (until you know how things are organised and what your looking for), but language should never be a barrier for genealogists! ...even though it so often is...lol
Head on over to
http://digi.narc.fi/digi/puu.kaClick the Henkikirjat or Henkikirjat (kokoelma) tab, and click on the corresponding link for the county district you want. Personally, my relatives are all in Porvoo (Borga) which is near Helsinki, so I clicked the Uudenmaan läänin henkikirjat link. Afterward, click the time period you are looking for (disregard the Säilytysyksikkö links), and on the next page, your corresponding city/area. The individual census records themselves seem to be organised by neighborhood farming communities, then individual farmsteads, then the heads of the families inside those farmsteads. The actuall record viewer is top notch, in my opinion, allowing you to view the whole page, or zoom in VERY close, for reading every little cursive stroke of the pen lol.
If you need some more language navigational help, try using this in conjunction with google translation services. For non Finnish/Swedish speakers, interpretting your results isnt exactly easy, either. I was using google translation for the finnish and an old swedish/english dictionary for the swedish. It takes a while, but for me the effort is worth it.
There is also TONS of other stuff on the site, but it is WAAAY more advanced than I can handle. I would LOVE to read the probate records and stuff they have there, but alas, translating single handwritten cursive census record words is hard enough, let alone entire paragraphs!

https://wiki.familysearch.org/en/Finland_CensusAnyway, sorry if this is redundant for most people. I dont read Finnish, and something tells me fair amount of my peers on ancestry dont either, so I am hoping a quick tutorial writeup here might help them. Ill answer questions the best I can, but I bet the more experienced members here would be better at that lol. I just figure if this thread helps even one person out, it is worth it, yannow?
Later everyone!
