Is anyone researching their FROST and BRUNN ancestors that resided in Vonsild, Velstup, Sonder Bjert, or Hejls areas of Vejle County.?

Anders Frost was an illegitimate son of Gjertrud Maria Brunn, dght of Nis Brunn and Lene Brant. the father was Anders Knudsen Frost, son of Knud Andersen Frost of Hejls.

Anders Frost married Mette Sophia Petersen Paaske 1 Oct 1852 in Vonsild. I am confused about the names of her parents because they are listed on the record as being Peder Jorgensen and Karen Willumsdatter. How could her father have the surname of Jorgensen when she is listed with the surname of Paaske ?
