Ane (or Ana or Anna) Carie *Hansen* was the wife of Steffen Andersen. She was not born a Hansen, but was adopted by her stepfather, who was a Hansen. Family records indicate that she was born 05 Jan 1872 in Nykobing. But, I do not know whether Nykobing is a township, a parish, or a province in Denmark. I am hoping to locate an Ane (or Ana or Anna) born on the date that I have mentioned in an area called Nykobing. How would I look up something like that, since I do not know her birth name?
