Surnames: Mikkelsen, Michelsen, Jensdatter, Bloom, Blumm, Plum, Plumm

Cathrine was my Grandfather's Aunt. I'm are having a VERY hard time finding information about her. She was the daughter of Micael Michelsen (Michael Mikkelsen in some records) and Ane Marie Jensdatter. Cathrine's first name has been spelled many ways also. The last record of her in Denmark as a Mikkelsen was in 1873 "Katrine Mikkelsen 22 years old to M. Mikkelsen from Egtved". Her parents were living in Vester Nebel at that time.
I know she came to the US. In 1919 she was living in Racine Wisconsin. Her brother Niels had went to visit her, it was in the Montague Michigan paper. I think my BIGGEST problem stems from the miss spellings. I have a Katherine Bloom in Racine in 1900 that matches her age. She has three children living with her all born in in Denmark. They all immigrated in 1892. Lena 23, Amelia 20 and Hans 16. It also stated that she had had 8 children but only 4 were living. We do not know when, where or who she married. My best guess is that she was married in Denmark sometime between 1873-1876. The last name could be any thing from Blumm, Bloom, Plum, Plumm or some other spelling. I know that the last name is spelled different on almost every paper I find so I hope someone could find a marriage, birth or death record for this family. Anything would be helpful.
