Hi,
I've tried everything I could think of such as trawling the records of every parish in Denmark, going to the emigration museum database and also visiting the Sydney Maritime Records office and I'm at a loss.

I'm trying to find the birth record of my grandfather. His name was Adolf (Adolph on some paperwork I have) William Olsen. He was born on the 1st September 1891.
He came over to Australia through Hamburg, arriving around November 1913 on the SS Seydlitz in Sydney.
On his Marriage Certificate it states that his father was William Adolf Olsen and his mother Anna Katterina Fry and his fathers occupation was Fireman. All he says in his documents is that he came from Copenhagen.

I wouldn't normally ask, but I really need help with this. It seems we can't get that far without a parish name, but we can't find a parish name anywhere for him.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
