My cousin, Senifa Sua'paia lives in Redondo Beach CA.
My father was Wallace Ualifi Taualii. My mother is Lemao Fonoimoana. I believe both my parents are related to the Sua'paia families according to geneology records.

My grandmother, my dad's mother, was Suamaletupe Luamanuvae and my dad's was Tusieseiga Faasotele.

My mother's mother was Line Laei and her father, Toa Fonoimoana. My mother was raised by her grandparents, Opapo Fonoimoana (Afualo) and Toai Alema Auuti.

My parents, Wallace Ualifi and Lemao served two missions in Samoa beginning in 1965. I know my mom's family better than my dad's. I know there's a connection to the Sua'paia.
Dad brought geneology documents home from Samoa and also some that are in the Alii dilect. My brother, Natu, translated some of the documents for me but the ones written in the Alli delect, he's having a harder time.

Hope you can shed some light on our connection.

Manuia.......Nora
