Hi,

I would like to find out some information about my great-grandmother Lizzie Moore, and her family. The only information I have about her comes thirdhand from my gran, via my mum, so could be wrong. The info from her marriage cert (dated 24/12/1907) says Lizzie Moore,(aged 22, born Falevai, Vavau) married George Speer, (aged 38, Trader, born London), in Nuafu. My gran thought that Lizzie was a granddaughter of Henry Lyden, daughter of Danielle?. She must have had some connection with the Lyden family, as the witness on the marriage certificate was Elizabeth Lyden. Also, when George and Lizzie emigrated to Western Australia, my grandad's "Uncle" Walter Lyden came with them. I have read the other threads about the Lydens with interest, and would be very grateful if anyone has any information about them, or the Moore family, that would fill in some blanks about Lizzie.
