Hello Again Folks,

Well, I am the originator of this post as well. I finally found out that my great-great-great-grandfather was a man named Joao Manuel who later was known as Tone or Sio Manuele in Tongan. He settled in Mt. Talau Neiafu, Vava'u Tonga some time in the earlier part of the 1800s aparently he came on a Spanish ship that visited Tonga at the turn of the 19th century. I wonder in you could give any more details, Chris. My first cousin is also a Santos, through his mother and because of circumstances he carries that name and he lives in New Zealand with his little family. I would just like to express thanks and malo 'aupito to the people who worked on the Lyden thread including you Chris because since then I've connected with all of my long lost relatives and I'm planning on seeing some of them this year when I visit New Zealand and Australia and of course our homeland of Tonga.

God Bless,

Katrina N.T.T. Tu'akoi
