Clarence Herbert William Swift born London, England in 1916. He married Annie Orchard in England in 1945. Family story says he went to Norfolk Island and became a property owner and fruit grower, not sure when perhaps 1950s. He was probably known as Herbert or Bert.

Are there any records available for Norfolk Island that would enable me to find out what happened to him? Perhaps death registration, probate/will or electoral register?

If not, can anyone tell me what sort of crops he is likely to have grown on the island?
