Can someone look up The Otago Daily Paper, around 21 May 1940, for news of a shooting of Rebecca Hewitt, at Naseby. She was my aunt, and her death cert says ''Verdict of Jury, death caused by gunshot wound self inflicted while in a depressed state of mind'' The family always said her husband, Moses, murdered her. There were 2 young sons who were apparently ill treated.
