Looking for connections for Lewis family, possibly from Kaipara, Bentley.

Have names Jopseph and Missie Lewis, born late 1800's, but they are not showing on BM&D register, although marriage certificate of son, Joseph Henry Lewis, is showing that he was born in Bentley.

Any help would be appreciated.
