Hello distant cousins!

I am descended through William's daughter Sarah Ann McClutchie and her daughter Sarah Agnes Gray who was my 2nd Great Grandmother.

I can add a few more rumours to the mix. My grandmother used to tell me that there was a woman in the family back in New Zealand who used to like to swim across a river to 'play' with the Maori's. She didn't know who though. I've attached a photo of Sarah Agnes Gray and her daughter Gracie, to me Gracie looks like she could have a bit of Maori in her? What do you think?

Also we had a Maori cloak and some greenstone earrings that have been passed down to my Aunt, I think they came from Sarah Ann Gray (McClutchie). I'm not sure if they are family heirlooms due to a Maori connection or if they have just been collected along the way as momento's.
