Jan,

If you give me your email address I'll send you everything I have.

Have you read through all the messages on this topic? Your Henri MIGHT have been involved in the Paris commune of 1871.

My greatgrandfather was a liberé arriving in Sydney in 1878, but he didn't get into any more trouble.

Lyn

I am supposed to be working on a uni assignment but am finding genealogy copletely addictive, Lyn. Yes, I did reda that he could have been in the Paris commune that would presuppose he made it back to Parius from Nouvelle Caledonie! My email address is janpittard@gmail.com Thank you for your generosity.

Surnames: Pittard Garnay
Hello Jennette, if Henri was your great grandfather are you descended from Armandine, Florence or Henry Pittard? I am the grand daughter of his nephew Albert Arthur Pittard. Lyn in this message chain has sent me some information about Henri. I only discovered he was a relative today! Regards, Jan Pittard
